We’re on the hunt for a Permanent Coordinator to run one of our services. We're looking for like-minded people who can lead a team of Educators, having a genuine care for children and able foster fun and engaging experiences for primary school aged children.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft

• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents

• Lead a team of Educators to provide fun and engaging environments for the children in their care. 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

 

Experience and Qualifications:​​

• Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or working towards (or willing to obtain on a traineeship) or

• Degree or Diploma in Education, Recreation, Sport Science, Leisure Studies, Social and behavioural Science, Nursing or working towards

• First aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Current WWCC and national police clearance

• Knowledge of ACECQA regulations and "My Time Our Place" framework

• Good communication skills

• Good administrative and organisational skills
